About me
Hello, I’m Susie Ingram and I’ve been helping school and uni students for many years as 6th form Pastoral Manager at senior schools in Bath. Students and parents describe my support as a lifeline when they are struggling and feeling overwhelmed by transitions, challenges and anxiety in their lives. I have been successful at helping both students and adult clients to quickly realise that they have everything they need inside themselves to make significant and lasting changes. Equipped with their own emotional-wellbeing toolkit, they feel less anxious, grow in confidence and self belief, emerging with purpose, direction and the resilience to deal with future hurdles. Ultimately these private sessions help to calm turbulent minds.

What to expect
Following an initial phone call, we will arrange to meet either online or in person at my home in Bath. The sessions last 50 minutes. Following a solution-focused approach, we will work together to identify small, positive changes that you can make in your life that will lead to much bigger changes.
Whilst the issues are often very serious, there is always lightness and humour in our sessions and you will come away with practical strategies that will help you to feel lighter, happier and more settled. There is no defined number of sessions, you will decide after each session if you would like to book a follow up session.
There is no charge for the initial assessment call.

Working with schools
Building on 15 years of experience working with young people in schools, I now work on a contract basis with schools and organisations supporting young people with their mental wellbeing. I have a passion to share my experience and benefits of developing a whole-school approach to mental well-being using the solutions-focused method. If your organisation or school would like to know more about the preventative mental health programme for young people, please get in touch.
